Gossip Girl originated from the novels written by Cecily von Ziegesar. The series is about a group of young teenagers growing up on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and how they deal with sex, relationships, friends, drugs, and other teenage issues. The show is called Gossip Girl because each episode is narrated by an unseen character “Gossip Girl”. The series premiered in 2007 with 18 episodes. Gossip Girl Season 2 started in September and will run for 22 episodes.
The season final of Gossip Girl Season 2 The Goodbye Gossip Girl aired on May 18th. A Gossip Girl Season 3 air date is yet to be annouced.
Blair comes up with a devious plan to take down her new teacher, Rachel. Chuck has no recollection of what happened to him when he wakes up in a hotel. Nate and Vanessa try to help Chuck fill in the missing pieces of his night. Meanwhile Dan and Serena try to keep their relationship together as Rufus and Lily grow even closer.
Oh Lordy, there are some Chuck and Blair spoilers in this post so I will put it after the jump for those that don’t want to be spoiled. I’m dying over here!
